A workshop from 10to3 to super-charge managers’ investigating skills.
By attending this blended learning programme, your managers will be able to:
- Identify the issues to be explored in the investigation efficiently and with confidence
- Plan a balanced and proportionate investigation to gather in and evaluate all the reasonably-available evidence
- Conduct an investigation interview that is thorough, respectful and calm
- Evaluate the evidence, reach conclusions and make recommendations that are objective and evidence-backed.
