A workshop from 10to3 to super-charge managers’ investigating skills.

By attending this blended learning programme, your managers will be able to:

  • Identify the issues to be explored in the investigation efficiently and with confidence
  • Plan a balanced and proportionate investigation to gather in and evaluate all the reasonably-available evidence
  • Conduct an investigation interview that is thorough, respectful and calm
  • Evaluate the evidence, reach conclusions and make recommendations that are objective and evidence-backed.

15 Evaluating the evidence and reaching conclusions

Small group exercise to select recommendations based on the case study and incorporate them in to your template report.
