Part time role. 15 hours per week, £14 per hour, home based.

Job Purpose
To help make sure everything is running smoothly, and to help colleagues do an awesome job for our clients.
The role sits at the heart of our business, as part of our business support team. This means anything and everything will come through the door…general administrative tasks, client support and training and marketing events, with an opportunity to throw creative ideas into the mix and contribute to the new tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Being a point of contact to handle queries, preparing custom support materials, arranging catch up meetings, monitoring and assessing use stat’s for the videos
- Logging and tracking leads, handling new enquiries, arranging follow up meetings, preparing content and materials to share with leads
- Arranging training sessions for clients. Booking sessions, preparing course materials, organising follows ups and feedback
- Organising marketing events, eg webinars, events, trade shows we attend. Arranging bookings, logistics, invites and follow ups. Support with preparing content and materials for events
- Providing general admin support for the business, eg maintaining the database, monitoring the shared email inboxes, engaging with suppliers
