Not many people understand the name 10 to 3 so it’s best explained in its natural habitat – a micro video! In short, 10 to 3 provides in time, on point, animated micro-learning videos on all aspects of employee relations management. Each course is focussed on putting managers in the right frame of mind for their HR meeting. The courses are all around four-minutes long and are (dare we say) enjoyable!

Written by employment lawyers who understand the challenges managers can face during HR meetings, we cover topics such as; managing attendance, managing disciplinaries, managing grievances, investigations and managing performance.
